Dweetkid is a dancehall artist based in Nima, a well known community in the city of Accra. A community where the King Of Africa Dancehall, Shatta Wale started his career in strict dancehall and has always represented. It is quit obvious and easy to tell where Dweetkid’s desire and passion for dancehall is coming from. He also on the other hand rode on Shatta Wale’s “Aye Halfcast” rhythm and came out with his own creative masterpiece titled RIP. RIP is a dancehall and a tribute song he is putting out carrying a message of condolence to families who have lost loved once and also indicates his love to the demised souls. Aside his lyrical composition voicing out his condolence, he took the opportunity to send out a message of advice to the youths to desist from taking illicit drugs which have the potential to damage their future and lives.

RIPEE TO THE DEAD AND GONE X3
