Hmm Kuami Eugene is again in the news over an allegation made by Eddie Khay. This days after Kuami Eugene went live to do a video chastising musicians in the Music industry for not being supportive. A day after Kuami Eugene’s video, the DO THE DANCE hit maker also took to social media to record a video as a rebuttal to the very claims the singer had made in his live feed. Eddie Khay was on Zylofon Fm with Sammy Flex on Show Biz Agenda Wednesday November 4 where he made some allegations and provided whatsapp messages to prove his claims were true and not cooked up. He said Kuami is someone who doesn’t support himself and is a victim to his own words. On air, he voiced out and said Kuami Eugene was the reason for the delay of his current release WREMU which features Kuami Eugene, Flowking Stone and Dope Nation. He said in the interview that he consulted Kuami Eugene on releasing the song earlier about three weeks ago but then the VGMA artist of the year told him to hold on to the release date and this was way before the release of this album Son Of Africa. After days and weeks of waiting on Kuami Eugene to communicate to him the appropriate date for the release of the song, he decided to text him back to remind him the song was still on hold in case he has forgotten about it, but this time he was keen on releasing the song with or without his approval. According to Eddie Khay, Eugene disapproved of his decision and said the vibe of the song was already dead and carries no more euphoria but if he still wants to continue with the release then he should take off his vocals from the song. He also revealed that Eugene threatened to bring the song down should he go ahead and release the song. He was going to report the song to Universal Music filing a case against Eddie to have not seek his permission and also stole his vocals for the song. Sammy Flex after, followed up with a question asking the singer how he intends shooting the video to the song now that Eugene is not really being supportive. He reply saying he has already planned to shoot the video without him because Dope Nation and Flowking Stone were ready to shoot the video without Kuami Eugene.

The song after days of release of the audio version on youtube has over 2000 views and is doing well. [Click here to listen to the song.]
